FAQ
Frequently asked.
- What kinds of events need traffic management?
- Any event with road closures, on-street parking direction, or pedestrian flows crossing a road. That covers festivals, sport, fun runs, markets, parades, productions, and retail trading peaks.
- Do you handle film and TV productions?
- Yes — we provide traffic management for film, TV, and commercial productions across Melbourne, including Film Victoria coordination and council permit pathways. We work to take-based schedules and are experienced with the timing demands of shoots.
- How much notice do you need?
- Minor events: 2–4 weeks. Major events: 6–12 weeks. The lead time is set by council permit cycles and crew availability, not by us.
- Can you coordinate with Victoria Police and emergency services?
- Yes — for events that need road closures or escort, we coordinate with Vic Pol and Ambulance Victoria as part of the TMP process.
- What about retail precinct trading peaks?
- Yes — Chadstone, Doncaster, Highpoint, the CBD, and similar precincts during peak shopping seasons need event-style traffic management. Book by early October for December peaks.
